Es buen hotel las instalaciones son buenas aunque el baño tiene un olor algo fuerte y en las mañanas huele mucho, la atención de la recepción deja algo que desear pero relación costo- calidad lo que se paga es lo que se recibe

Las habitaciones están muy cómodas tienen señal x cable internet muy buena iluminación y la ubicación está excelente no caminas mucho para buscar comida,ropa,recuerdos,antojitos típicos de escuintla cajeros automáticos y el servicio de las personas del hotel fenomenal yo estuve más de un mes y me trataron de lo mejor 100% recomendable
